"We have been using a K-Pod machine for years and were in the market for a semi-automatic espresso machine. After doing some research in-store and online we were sought of leaning towards a Breville machine as we have been using multiple Breville appliances for 15+ yrs. We did come across the channel by Rod at Coffee Warehouse. On the phone Rod was super nice and helpful. Guided and suggested us which machine to buy and luckily the Oracle Jet was on sale. Not only was it on sale we were surprised to get a complementary bag of coffee beans as well. His service alone deserves a 5 star rating. He has also followed up on us. The machine is easy to use and guides you on every step. Adult kids have found the machine very easy to use and us as well. They have gotten a lot better and we are getting there. The coffee comes out great. Fresh roasted beans are to be used for best results rather than grocery/box store beans. The latte art is skill that has gotten better over the last few weeks. The only negative is the knock box - the coffee always does not get knocked out immediately after a brew from the porta filter. Needs a bit of a push with a spoon/fork or a few knocks. But that is Breville and not Coffee Warehouse. The delivery was fairly quick and the app and links provide good updates. Highly recommend that we buy machines and accessories from Coffee Warehouse"
